General Returns:

  • Eligibility: You’ve got 3 days from the moment you receive your goodies to return products for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

    Fragrance and Special order: While we wish we could accept returns on everything, unfortunately, we can't accept returns on fragrances or special order merchandise. We appreciate your understanding!

Shade Match Exchange for Foundations and Concealers:

  • One-Time Exchange: Got the wrong shade? No worries! You can swap your foundation or concealer once for the perfect match.
  • Eligibility: This shade match exchange is available within 3 days of receiving your product.
  • Process: Simply contact our amazing customer service team with your order number and the new shade you’d like to try.

Damaged Products:

  • Exchange Period: Oh no, received a damaged product? We’ve got you covered! You can exchange it within 14 days of receipt.
  • Process: Contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of the rest!
