outlined below is our pre-order policy

• Pre-orders are available for Products that are not released yet or are back ordered.
  
• At the time you place your order for pre-order will receive a email or text message with an estimated delivery time frame.
• If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will reach out to you
• You may cancel any  merchandise on pre-order for a full refund prior to it shipping to you
• once pre-ordered merchandise has shipped to you it will fall under the return policy guidelines.
